To make a return online, please email us with your order number, at support@stayonsatin.com. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return.

Stay On Satin wants you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a stayonsatin.com purchase, please return it for a full refund.

1. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your order confirmation email.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable.

*Note, you can only return Stay On Satin products that were purchased directly from our website. If you purchased in a store or at another website, returns must be made at the original point of purchase.
